Noisy alphabet, by Tom Gauld. Brilliant.

I would like to say something wise about all the CPRS machinations yesterday, but I don’t work in the Canberra press gallery and right now is one time when the people there probably actually know more than everyone else. Overall I personally tend to the view that it is something of a victory for Malcolm and he might just come out the other end looking stronger, as Mark Bahnisch suggests at LP. Especially if Kevin Andrews is serious, which apparently he is. Andrews is the ‘Sarah Palin’ candidate that would have the government struggling to contain their laughter if he became the leader/nominee. Karen Middleton suggested this morning on Newsradio that the Liberals themselves are chuckling at that move.

Of course if Kevin Andrews is Sarah Palin, what other pairs of politicians are there between Australia and the USA? To be continued…
